I am a mother first and foremost!  I have 4 WONDERFUL children that I love, adore and teach endlessly!  I am sure there are many moments they purely endure my tireless adoration and admonitions (especially my teens) and many other moments that that endless love from their mother is exactly what they want, need and desire!  Once a mom, always a mom!  I am so glad for every moment and memory I have with my AMAZING children!  My kiddos are my treasures-each one individually and as a whole!  They have helped to shape me into who I am today!  I am so grateful for motherhood and the gifts my children are to me!

I am also a business owner to Take Charge of Your Life!  I created this company several years ago purely for a hobby and a place to share with others what I was learning in the Health field and Personal Development arenas.  I found along the way my love for people and my love for sharing my stories and what I have learned personally–which is the biggest teacher, right?  I loved to see my friends, family and clients practice what I taught and live what I shared with them!  I loved to see their lives continuously improve alongside my own and the personal empowerment they were gathering along the way!  During this time, I found topics I was passionate about!  I found things that made the biggest difference and had the fastest results for those I was helping!  I had many of them come back to me and ask for more!  I kept creating and developing what they asked for and found I had plenty to offer them.  This was the beginning of my business and it is now how I continue to create and build my business.  Based on need, desire and request!  And I LOVE it!

For certification purposes, I am a Therapeutic Nutritional Counselor!  Prior to my certification, I had studied health in many different classes, trainings and with many personal experiences of my own.  My personal journey to health has been nothing short of an adventure, but I am grateful for every experience along the way, because it helped me to get right to where I am today!  I picked this certification to complete because in my search for Health and Wellness…when I found it…it rang true to my heart!  I felt I had come home in a way!  I found truth for me!  It was all encompassing and in a way that I had never heard about it before!  So I began the process of certification and I have no regrets whatsoever!  This training is a huge asset to me and I love that I can share what I have learned with you!
